This is where we get to know you and your business by getting in the trenches with you and observing your business activities. We also look at what you’ve done up to this point with regards to marketing. This phase is important because many things you do in your business are second nature and it is much easier to learn exactly what you need from on-hand observation than through one or two meetings.

We meet with you and/or your marketing team to discuss our findings and present the draft strategic marketing and branding plan. At this point you can ask questions, get clarity, and give us edits for the final plan.
REGULAR PROGRESS MEETINGS
During the implementation phase we schedule regular progress meetings so that you always know exactly what is happening, how close you are to your goals, and any adjustments that need to be made. These meetings are to keep you abreast of each milestone that is reached. At the end of every quarter, we analyze metrics and results so you know exactly how much things have improved.
