We begin with phase one, the “Deep Dive Discovery” where we get to know your business and your audience thoroughly. During this phase we start developing a robust marketing plan. This plan will be the map we use to get you to your growth goals. We then enter the “Implementation & Growth” phase where we meticulously implement strategies based on phase one and our recommendations in your new marketing plan.

OBSERVATION
This is where we get to know you and your business by getting in the trenches with you and observing your business activities. We also look at what you’ve done up to this point with regards to marketing. This phase is important because many things you do in your business are second nature and it is much easier to learn exactly what you need from on-hand observation than through one or two meetings.

MARKETING PLAN DEVELOPMENT
Everything from your online presence, product development, community engagement, and more are put together in a strategic plan that will guide all future marketing efforts.

We focus on defining and establishing a strong customer experience, our core competency area, and bringing out your authentic voice in your messaging and marketing materials.

UNLIMITED CONSULTATION CALLS
We also provide on-call consulting whenever you need to navigate current and short-term marketing issues as we are working on the long-term strategy.

Time to get to work! Now that we know who you are as a business and what you need, it is time for the implementation of the new strategies and processes. During this phase we also train you and your staff ongoing. This phase includes:

STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION
We meet with you and/or your marketing team to discuss our findings and present the  draft strategic marketing and branding plan. At this point you can ask questions, get clarity, and give us edits for the final plan.

REGULAR PROGRESS MEETINGS
During the implementation phase we schedule regular progress meetings so that you always know exactly what is happening, how close you are to your goals, and any adjustments that need to be made.  These meetings are to keep you abreast of each milestone that is reached.  At the end of every quarter, we analyze metrics and results so you know exactly how much things have improved.
